Click to expand.Thanks for that Rich. There is no problem fueling the pump up that's fine I am already running the marine injectors witch are what thay call full flow injectors. You can take these engines up to 140hp from 100hp by fitting the intercooler but the turbo is slightly bigger than the normal Transit van 2.5 turbo but the people how no which model turbo to use wont tell you which one but will be more than pleased to sell you the ones thay use at twice the cost of going to a main turbo dealers.I will still fit the intercooler for the time been as it wont do any harm plus tweak the pump a bit and see how it goes.Seems the weather's turned for the better might get some paint on the boat soon how is your big project coming on. I've done all the usual stuff Allan trawled through google and allot of web sites but with no luck Ford don't make a marine engine in this model other firms do maranise them though. I think I will give turbo technix a try though see what thy come up with.Wish it was that type of boat that I could put a Gardner Engine in as I fitted Gardner 6lw in my last boat one in that I maranised up my self it had come out of a crane. It never let me down absolutely brilliant engines built to last 100hp at 1500 rpm and how much torque what more can you ask for.Son's back in hospital again with another lung infection Alan so I'm just getting ready to go back there to stay with him. Wish we could wave a magic wond over him to fix his immune system so I don't no how long he will be in there this time he went in last Wednesday.Anyway tightlines Alan catch ye latter Chris.
