The Injector and The Shovel of Crail are both amazing new weapons that are top class in the game.The Injector is a dagger length \'Injector\' weapon (it functions like a spear - click to poke once, hold to keep it extended). Its base attack is astonishingly weak, even at max level, but it does inflict poison. However, where it shines is its alt fire: a modified version of the spear flurry attack that fires off poison darts.

The darts deal MASSIVE amounts of damage, up to 5x the amount the weapon deals on stabs, and also inflicts Bee Sting, with all of the debuffs that come with the condition. The only downside is that, like with flurry, the alt fire pokes with a random spread in front of you. While this doesn\'t affect actual melee spears, the spread results in missing with a number of the poison darts.

However, at close range (or when using it as a melee weapon), you won\'t miss any of the darts, and it can decimate even poison resistant foes. To get one, simply pick up a Poison Sample to learn how to craft it, and then go to the medical station to craft it!The Shovel of Crail is one of the. quality level 8 weapons. An upgrade from the David Shovel - a unique weapon drop/treasure reward - the Shovel of Crail is extremely powerful spear weapon with a unique alt fire: Chaos Spin. Chaos Spin is an upgraded version of screw attack, allowing you to rapidly spin and hit enemies MULTIPLE TIMES unlike screw attack.

Combined with the fact that it has a more compact spin than screw attack, you\'re able to obliterate single targets with Chaos Spin, rather than use it as area control like with Screw Attack. The Shovel of Crail on its own deals a massive amount of damage per stab, attacks faster than most spear, and has a great design to boot. This treasure pool is randomly rolled and drawn from whenever you access chests and over treasure containers. This pool in itself is quite uncommon, but you might know it for some of the more common drops: Kell\'s Flawless Katana, the Harpoon Gun, the Dunce Cap, the Final Fantasy Mage hat (I can\'t remember its name), the Guardian Wings\' schematics, and schematics for the plasteel set (everything from crafting plasteel itself, to walls, furniture, and more).This treasure pool is responsible for a LOT of special items in FU, it includes a lot of rare codices, a bunch of special (and weird) weapons, and a ton of schematics for unique weapons and armor. What makes it even more difficult to gauge is that the tier of the pool heavily affects its drops. You\'ll only find some of the codices in the lower tiers, and some of them in the upper tiers, for example.That said, the David Shovel is exclusive to the highest tier (6+ worlds), so it\'ll require a fair bit of grinding to get it legitimately. If you go to tier 6-10 worlds, and just hit every chest you can before going to other worlds, that would be your best chance.
