I like the Reservist's and use that more than any other sniping weapon. I don't like having only a 3 shot clip, though. The next in line would be the Scoped Magnum. Even though that's not a rifle, it's still great for sniping. I don't have the Victory Rifle yet. I just use the standard sniper rifles for parts.
